Workaround To Create Instagram Account From PC.
Update: You can now create a new Instagram account from your computer.
Instagram is one of the most popular mobile apps for sharing photos with friends and family. But like WhatsApp, Instagram is only available as a mobile app. While you can use the Instagram website to view your Instagram feeds, comment, and like photos from a desktop web browser, unfortunately there is no official client for creating an Instagram account on a computer.

So if you don’t have a smartphone, you can’t use Instagram on your PC to upload photos, but there are a few workarounds that allow you to create an account and upload images to Instagram from your computer.
InstaPic
Apparently instaPic is the only full-featured Instagram client for Windows that lets you do almost everything you do with the traditional Instagram app on your smartphone.
Using InstaPic, you can create a new Instagram account or log in with the old one to upload images directly from your computer. But what I love about InstaPic is that even though it’s a lightweight desktop app, it has built-in photo editing features like filters, adjusting brightness, saturation, contrast, and more.
You can get InstaPic from your Windows 8 store and use it directly, or watch this video on how to use Instagram on a computer via InstaPic.
The only limitation of this workaround is that you need a Windows 8 computer. However, if you are not using Windows 8 on your system, you can try an Android emulator like bluestacks or software like gramblr that can download images from your PC on Instagram.
