Daily Readiness Assessment
Your Daily Readiness Score measures how ready your body is for physical activity each day. Fitbit recommends that you check your readiness score every morning to see how recovered you are and decide what physical activity is right for the day ahead.
Readiness scores range from 1 to 100. If you score less than 30, you are low readiness. This means you should be resting and recovering, as well as focusing on less intense activities like yoga or stretching.
