Defeating friends in multiplayer matches is easy. True glory only comes when you manage to drown them in your overwhelming Gamerscore. If you play on Xbox and want to find some easy games to fly through and add an extra 7000 points to your total, check out this list.
We’ve found some of the easiest Xbox One games to score 1,000 Gamerscore points. Best of all, it doesn’t take hours after hours. Most of these games can be played completely (with the achievement unlocked) in just two to three hours. It could be cheating, of course, but there is a reason almost everyone who cares about achievements has played Avatar: The Burning Earth on Xbox 360.
The games on this list may not give you 1000 Gamerscore points in just 5 achievements, but they are not far off.
Tacoma
Tacoma is a bit of a weird Xbox One game. Despite relatively good reviews, it was not a commercial success. Perhaps this is due to the genre, a kind of combination of exploratory gameplay and investigative work. Think of it as an interactive drama.
From the point of view of a person looking for achievement, Tacoma is a real gold mine. The game itself may take a while, but if you follow the achievement guide, you should be able to unlock every achievement the game has to offer in about two hours.
Best of all, Tacoma is part of the Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. If you’re a subscriber, this is a great way to improve your result without spending $ 20 on a copy.
Abzu
Abzu is a game for Xbox One much like Flower for PS4 – a soothing, meditative experience as you explore an underwater world full of life. It’s a vague story, but not worth writing about too much. The main attraction of the game is its aesthetics.
Abzu is a small game with only 12 achievements, but those 12 add up to 1000 points. If you follow the guide, it shouldn’t take you long to get them all. Most players can do this in less than two hours. Since you cannot die in the game, you cannot lose progress.
< Strong> Tennis in the Face
Tennis in the Face is what it sounds like: a game where your goal is to smash a tennis ball across your opponent’s face. Nothing fancy about it, but it’s a decent treat for $ 4.99.
You can unlock all achievements in one to two hours. It’s not hard at all, and if you’re looking for a way to quickly boost your Gamerscore by 1000 points, Tennis in the Face is a great option.
Station
The “walking simulator” genre has become quite popular over the years. “Station” corresponds to the “T” genre – you travel through an abandoned space station and are looking for clues to the fate of the crew. This is a story-driven game for Xbox One without much gameplay.
However, this is not necessarily a bad thing. If you like Gamerscore but aren’t the best at gaming, Station is one of the easiest games on this list. In fact, you can unlock all 11 achievements and get 1000 Gamerscore in about half an hour.
The plot is fine, but nothing revolutionary – but unlike many simple games that people play for the sake of achievement, most people will love the story in The Station.
Storm Boy
If the title sounds familiar, you may have read the book of the same name – the book on which this game is based. Storm Boy is by no means a difficult game, but almost everyone will love it.
The achievements are locked in different mini-games, but they are simple. There are 11 achievements in total, and most players will be able to complete them all in 15-30 minutes. You read that correctly; if you want an extra 1,000 Gamerscore Points effortlessly, take Storm Boy.
6180 Moon
6180 the moon is a platformer that removes the threat of death by connecting the top and bottom of the screen. Think of asteroids, but with jumping. Of course, you can still lose by falling on spikes or other threats.
You play as the moon. Sounds a little odd, but it’s a pleasant game, especially at the $ 4 price tag. It will take about an hour including all achievements. There are 16 achievements in total, 1000 Gamerscore in total.
Old man’s journey
Old Man’s Journey is a charming story-driven game for Xbox One. There isn’t much gameplay, but the graphics are worth trying on your own. The game looks more like a painting by a Dutch master than a video game. You walk through it at your own pace and the story is told in still images – no dialogue is used.
The game lasts 1-2 hours. It’s not a long game, and most of the accomplishments come from connecting with the people you meet. There are several achievements related to puzzles, but they are not hard to beat. For a small investment of time, you can earn an additional 1000 Gamerscore.
These small, easy-to-use Xbox One games are your secret weapon when racing with your friends at Gamerscore. In these games, you can earn an extra 2000 or 3000 points in just a few hours. They may not always be fun to play, but winning at Gamerscore is worth it.
