Evernote is great for organizing your life, but with Evernote templates, you can simplify the process of organizing. For us, accessible templates are one of the most powerful features of the platform.
We’ve looked at some of the best Evernote templates to give you a list of the best available.
Some of these templates will be useful in certain situations, but there will definitely be at least one on this list that you can use to improve your work or daily life.
How to Use Templates on Evernote
Using an Evernote template is easy.
- First, open Evernote
- Then click or tap New Note.
- On the next page, do not enter or enter anything. Instead, you can choose the template variant that appears here. This will take you to the template page.
- Use the search bar at the top to find the templates presented in this article. You will find all of these templates regardless of your current device or Evernote plan.
The Eisenhower Matrix Template for Evernote helps you organize your tasks so that you really have a process to get everything done. If you have a huge number of tasks to complete, this template will help you get going.
In the Evernote Eisenhower Matrix template, you have four sections:
- Urgent / Important
- Important, not urgent
- Urgent, not important
- Not urgent, not important
First, you can organize all of your tasks into one of these four sections. After that, you will have a clearer idea of ??what you need to do. It is recommended to complete urgent / important tasks first, delegate urgent / unimportant tasks to others, and then set specific dates for important, but not urgent tasks.
Tasks that are not important or urgent can be dropped or left until all other tasks are completed.
It’s hard to calculate how long it will take for a habit to take hold on average because everyone is different. However, you can at least make it easier to keep track of your own new habits with this Evernote habit tracking template.
All you have to do is open the template, write your task or new habit, and come back to celebrate each day until 30 days have passed. After 30 days, you may look back and consider restarting with a new pattern, or stop if you feel like the habit has become second nature to you.
The Evernote Weekly Review Template is a great choice for redesigning your life on a weekly basis. The template will help you piece together everything that happened in the week, think and prepare for the coming week.
The weekly review template is divided into several distinct sections. Starting from top to bottom, we get the following:
You start by collecting everything that physically surrounds you that you need to scan and upload to the network. After that, you clean up your space – it starts by cleaning your physical workspace to make sure everything is in the right place. Then you clean up your digital workspace by looking through your inboxes and cleaning up tasks left behind by your productivity software.
Then you go over your week in the review section, reflect on how it went and how you are feeling, and prepare notes for the next week.
With the Goal Tracking Template, you can set clear goals for the year and track their progress every month. For example, if you are planning to save money and lose weight, you can measure your progress on a month-to-month basis to see the true value of working hard every day. It’s a good way to keep up with your goals, but it’s also a great reminder of how far you’ve come.
The goal tracking template can be customized by adding new columns to manage a large number of goals, or you can change months to weeks or assign any other labels to them.
The easiest way to save money is to control your spending and understand exactly how much you need to spend in order to achieve your savings goal. It’s not easy to do without some kind of visual guidance, and a money saving template is a great way to get that visual help.
There are two tables in this template – the first is a table showing your savings goal, starting balance, and ending balance for each month. The second is a table by which you can track all expenses. The second table has rows to keep track of expected costs versus actual costs so you can quickly understand why you haven’t reached your spending limits. Tables can be copied and pasted for each month.
Frequent flyer numbers
This Evernote template is called Frequent Flyer Numbers, but we find it a great template for tracking the contact information of any person or company. Whether you are managing groups of people, or you are frequently communicating with different businesses, this template will help you manage yourself.
By default, you have three tables for hotels, airlines and rental companies. You can easily rename each table and change its contents, then provide information such as contact numbers and notes.
With Cornell’s note template, you can easily implement your Cornell note taking strategy. The idea behind this strategy is that you only write down the most important words or phrases while recording. Useful when you are in a lecture or meeting and have a very quick conversation.
You also have a larger section for slightly longer notes, but you are encouraged to highlight important phrases here and still keep your notes as short as possible for maximum effectiveness.
One of the best ways to stay on top every day is to reflect. This way you can look back and feel proud of the work you’ve done and prepare yourself for the day ahead.
With the daily replenishment template, it’s easy. You can copy and paste questions for each day to keep everything in one place. The following questions are enabled by default:
- How was my day? Achievements? Problems?
- Am I thriving or just surviving?
- Did the relationship flourish or just survive?
- What gave me energy?
- What did I learn today?
Of course, these questions are more aimed at self-improvement and self-help, but you can replace the questions with any questions that suit you. However, we think the questions in the daily top-up template are a great place to start.
Social Media Calendar
Creating regular content on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and even LinkedIn can help you or your business appear in front of new eyes, all for free.
The biggest challenge in managing your social media is keeping track of all your posts and ensuring cross-posting. To keep things simple, you can use the Evernote Social Media Calendar, which has rows for each day and columns for each social media platform, all of which are customizable.
Monthly 2020 Calendar
Everyone has a calendar app on their phone, but how many of you keep track of it? With the 2020 Evernote Monthly Calendar Template, you can actively add and track every calendar day of the year.
It’s as simple as possible with this pattern, but sometimes simplicity is what works best for productivity. And because it’s right there in Evernote, it can use the same space as any other work documents you’ve saved.
