The Teendow G20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner is a cleaning gadget that seemingly has it all: a vacuum cleaner and mop combination, strong 1400Pa suction power, remote control, app control and smart voice control (capable of working with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant ).
Compared to high-end vacuum cleaners, the suction power of 1400 Pa does not seem that great (we previously tested robot vacuum cleaners with a maximum suction power of 4000 Pa). However, it is sufficient to vacuum hard floors and thin carpets regularly. The G20 may struggle if you have a lot of pet hair. In this case, I recommend purchasing a more specific model, such as the Trifo Ollie Pet edition robot vacuum cleaner.Many premium robot vacuums often have a separate base and self-emptying system, allowing for hands-free cleaning. However, the robot’s massive vacuum base can be a problem if you live in a small space. So unless you absolutely despise emptying the trash can yourself, I would advise against using self-emptying robot vacuums.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable robot vacuum that won’t take up too much space in your home and still clean efficiently, the Teendow G20 is a good choice.Before we dive into the review of this robot vacuum, here is the complete list of features of the Teendow G20:

Design and unpacking
The Teendow G20 robot vacuum cleaner and mop has a thoughtful and practical design. Although this is nothing new if you have seen or used a robot vacuum cleaner before. The G20 has the same shape and appearance as Roborock, Roomba, Ecovacs and other well-known robot vacuum cleaner brands. However, it doesn’t have a raised LiDAR circle like many robot vacuums, allowing the G20 to be thinner than its peers and have more room to fit in tight spaces and under furniture while cleaning.
Once unboxed, you will find the device securely packaged in a protective cardboard box, along with all accessories.

I enjoyed unboxing the G20 and finding a few extra accessories in the box, such as a cleaning brush and a cotton filter for the water tank. The addition of batteries for the remote control is also a nice touch. These days, you often receive a product without batteries, an SD card, or anything else that prevents you from using it straight out of the box. This is not the case with the G20. 
The robot vacuum cleaner is simple and compact. Dimensions are 11.8 x 11.8 x 2.87 inches. Thanks to its compact size, the robot vacuum cleaner can fit into tight spaces and move around different parts of your home. 
On the top panel of the vacuum cleaner you will find intuitive power and charging buttons. Opening the top cover reveals a small dustbin and filter inside the vacuum cleaner. The volume of the dust collector is only 200 ml, which is not much. This means you’ll have to empty it frequently, especially if you need the G20 to pick up a big mess. 
The water tank is slightly larger at 230ml and is easy to install. 
At the bottom of the robot vacuum cleaner there are two driving wheels on each side, and at the front there is a universal wheel. Before first use, you need to install two side brushes on the G20 robot vacuum cleaner. At the bottom you will find a mop pad that can be easily detached from the mop board. 
Around the device, you will find anti-collision sensors strategically placed around its body. These sensors intelligently detect obstacles, minimizing collisions and providing a smoother cleaning experience. In addition, three fall sensors are located at the bottom to prevent accidental falls, increasing safety during operation. This way, you won’t have to worry about using the G20 near stairs or elevated surfaces.Overall, the Teendow G20 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop has user-friendly features. The top cover provides access to the dust bin and filter for easy maintenance and cleaning. The water reservoir at the back is easily removable, making it convenient to fill and effectively clean the floor. The device comes with a mop head that can be detached from the mop, making it easy to clean and put back on.
Performance and features
The Teendow G20 is a decent solution for keeping your home dust-free and low maintenance. At the same time, it may not be suitable for deep cleaning and cleaning large dirt, such as large amounts of pet hair, or cleaning various surfaces. 
During testing, the robot vacuum cleaner did a great job cleaning hard floors, but struggled to clean thick carpet and pick up larger debris from the floor.The vacuum and mop combination works well and can even clean up some spills and fresh stains. However, if the stain remains on the floor for a while, the G20 will likely have a hard time cleaning it too.One of the notable features of the Teendow G20 is how quiet it is compared to other vacuum cleaners. It is designed to operate with minimal noise, which is great if you have a child in the house or you don’t want to scare or disturb your pets. Quiet mode ensures a discreet cleaning process, making it suitable for use late at night or when you’re focused on work or play.Cleaning time is about 1.5 hours on one charge. However, when the battery charge drops to 20%, the robot vacuum cleaner will automatically go to the base station and begin charging.Because the dust bin is relatively small, you may have to empty it several times during intensive cleaning. 
Despite the G20’s effective obstacle detection system, which prevents collisions with walls, it sometimes hits a chair leg or runs over a wire left on the floor. This may mean that the sensors have difficulty detecting smaller obstacles around the home. I live in a two-story apartment and always check the sensors at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner, which are responsible for preventing falls. These sensors on the G20 work better, so you won’t have to worry about damaging your robot vacuum.
Software and remote control
