Basically, this process in almost every case involves going to a fitness app, connecting it to Apple Health, and enabling permissions that allow the app to read and write data to Apple Health. Once set up, you can easily access your fitness data from the Apple Watch app.

Sync Apple Watch with MyFitnessPal
Step 1. Open MyFitnessPal on your iPhone and navigate to settings using the three dots next to the remaining calories.
Step 2. Scroll down and tap Apps & Devices.

Step 4. On the next page, click “Settings”.
Step 5. At this stage, the Health application should open. You can choose the specific data you want to share with MyFitnessPal, but we recommend that you simply click on “Include All Categories” for the most complete set of features.

Step 1. Tap “Me” in the lower right corner of the iPhone app to open your account details.
