List of Useful Online Tools for Bloggers

List of Useful Online Tools for Bloggers.

Blogging is not as easy as it sounds. You need to not only consistently create quality content, but also create a functional image, check grammar and spelling errors. And even after you publish your article, you need to make sure that no one is copying or pasting it to other websites.

Blogging teaches you a lot of things like image editing, video creation, proofreading, and better use of the internet. But luckily, you don’t have to do it from scratch.

So, here are some online blogging tools.

# 1 Write or die

Are you easily distracted while writing? Like opening Facebook or Twitter in the middle of your first draft? Then try WriteOrDie.
This is a multifunctional text editor in which your words self-destruct if you stop typing.

Bottom Line – Helps you finish a draft quickly if you have a deadline.

# 2 Grammar

It is an online tool that checks your grammar and spelling mistakes in a draft. More effective than MS Word or Google Docs. I use this all the time.

Once you’ve installed the Grammarly Chrome extension, it will automatically detect any text error in any text area – whether you’re typing in email, Facebook, or your WordPress dashboard.

Bottom line – use it to proofread an article before publishing.

# 3 Rhymezone

A simple tool to find rhyming words or their synonyms / anatomy, etc.

Bottom line: Find better or more appropriate words

# 4 CopyScape

This online tool helps you find duplicate content on the internet. Useful if you are hiring a content writer or want to check if someone is stealing your published content. However, both of these services are paid.

In the free version, you can check only published articles for plagiarism (there is no way to copy and paste the text).

And guess what, the premium version is pretty cheap (0.05 cents per post regardless of post length). So for $ 5 a month, you can check 100 articles, which is fine for a medium sized blog.

Bottom line: it’s better to switch to a paid service.

# 5 Headline Capitalization

Another simple tool for using your article title correctly. For example – AP style, Chicago manual, etc. Just copy and paste the title and it will get a new name.

Bottom line: useful if you want to use a lot of headers from your old posts.

# 6 Balletton

This is my favorite color picker tool. Just click anywhere on the color palette on the left side of the screen and you’ll get colors that complement it well.

Bottom line: creating images for blogs, social media and YouTube thumbnails.

# 7 Whistle

Share text and photos with anyone on the same Wi-Fi network. Just enter any text or upload an image to the ssavr website and you can access the same article (even edit it in real time) by visiting the same website from other devices on the same network. Registration is not required. Simple and fast.

Bottom line: useful for editing articles in groups.

# 8 Pixabay

If you don’t want to create graphic images with Photoshop, use Pixabay. It has the largest collection of royalty-free images that you can use however you want. You don’t even need to provide credit links. I use this all the time on this blog.

Bottom line: The best resource for royalty-free imaging.

# 9 Pablo

Create awesome social media images quickly. Use a pre-made template or upload your own. Free and no need to create an account to use this service.

Bottom line: use it to create quote / ad images for social media.

# 10 WpThemeDetector

If the website uses WordPress as CMS, just put its URL in WpThemeDector and it will tell you which WordPress theme it is.

Bottom line: it can detect any WordPress theme, even if it’s highly customized.

# 11 Cheat Counselor

Find out all the publicly available information about a website, such as whois lookup, domain age, web hosting, webmaster contact information, etc.

Bottom line: Use this to check site reliability

# 12 YouTube video editor

A good online YouTube video editor that you use even if you don’t want to publish videos to YouTube. Apart from the usual trimming and overlaying music options that are present in every free video editor, it also has some advanced options like color correction, motion blur, etc. Similarly, to get free music, use their audio library.

Bottom line: Use it if you’re publishing videos to YouTube that require basic editing.

I will update the list as I discover more useful online tools.

It is a by-product of a company whose main business is creating websites for small businesses. But its icon maker isn’t bad either. Just enter your company name, slogan and choose a logo or up from the available template and that’s it. Your logo will be ready in less than 30 seconds.
