Disable filtering keys
Filter keys may be one reason. This feature allows the keyboard to ignore repetitive or short presses. This feature is useful for people with an involuntary tendency to repeat keystrokes, but if this is not the case for you, you need to disable this feature.

- Select “Ease of Access” from the options.
