How to Watch Black Panther on Netflix Right Now.
Yesterday ABC aired “Black Panther” without ads in honor of protagonist Chadwick Boseman; but if you missed it, you can still watch Black Panther on Netflix. Of course there is a catch. Due to geographic restrictions, it is not available in all countries. Luckily, if you have a decent VPN, you can watch Black Panther on Netflix right now. Let me show you how.

Netflix does not own the rights to Black Panther in all countries due to licensing agreements and other restrictions. But the movie is officially available on the Netflix directory in South Korea, so we can just connect to a VPN server in South Korea to watch the movie. However, keep in mind that not all VPNs work on Netflix. Most reputable paid VPNs promising to unblock Netflix should work, though. VPNs that work include Express VPN, Nord VPN, and Surfshark VPN. In this case, I used Surfshark VPN.
To find out if a movie or TV show is available in your area, you can use the help of Unogs. It’s an internet searchable database that tells you if a title is available on Netflix and what country it is currently in. Just enter the name of the movie and it will show you a list of countries where the movie is available to stream on Netflix.
I’ll show you how to watch it on a computer, but you can follow the same steps to watch a movie on your Android smartphone or iOS. Almost all VPNs have clients for every platform. Launch the VPN app and find a South Korean server. Click the Connect button and wait for the VPN to establish a connection. Once the connection is established, you can minimize the VPN app.
Now go ahead and open Netflix in a new tab. You will see that Black Panther still does not appear in the search. Apparently, Netflix hides search results for every user who suspects they are using a VPN. To get around this, you can either click that link to directly open the movie on Netflix, or search for Netflix Black Panther on Google and click on the first search result. It also works in a smartphone browser.
