Either way, you can easily download your Amazon order history. Along with orders, you can view products, returns, and refunds. In addition, you can select dates or view several quick reports.
Access Your Amazon Purchase History
Currently, the purchase history download feature is only available in your account settings on the Amazon website and not in the mobile app. So, visit Amazon.com and sign in with your Amazon account.
In the upper right corner, under your name, select “Accounts & Lists”. Select Account from the drop-down menu. Scroll to the “Order and Purchase Settings” section and select “Download Order Reports”.
If you plan to visit this place frequently to get regular reports, you can bookmark the report page.
Use a Quick Set Option
At the top of the page, Request an order history report, you will see a field with speed dial options.
These reports give you a quick snapshot of items from last month, last 30 days, last year, and YTD. Note that asterisk reports may take longer to process.
Select a report and you will see that the fields on the left are filled in automatically. Speed â€‹â€‹dial options are available for items by default. Be sure to change the report type if you need orders, returns or refunds. Enter a name for the report, if desired. Pick Request Report.
Create an Order History Report
To view products, orders, returns, or refunds for a specific date range, you can set up your own report.
At the top of the page, select the report type from the drop-down list. Enter a start date and an end date. You can select “Use today” as the end date if you wish. Enter a name for the report, if desired. Select Request Report.
You will see a short message that your report has been requested and is being processed. You can also view the real-time report status in the Request Status section and in the Your Reports section at the bottom of the page.
When the report is ready, you will receive an email to the address associated with your Amazon account. So if you want to do other things instead of waiting for a report, just check your email for a notification.
Download Your Amazon Order History
The email you receive when your report is ready contains a link to download the report immediately and another link to view all of your reports.
If you use the download link in the email, this will open your browser and place the report in your default Downloads folder.
If you are visiting Amazon.com, to view your reports, click the Download button to the right of the report. Then go to your Downloads folder to open it.
View Your Amazon Order History Report
By default, the report is a CSV file. For a better view, open it with Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or another spreadsheet application on your computer.
Depending on the selected report type, you will see different information in the file. Basic reporting information can include order ID, order date, ship date, item name, product category, ASIN/ISBN, vendor, shipping name and address, and quantity.
In addition to the details above, you will also see the following information for each report type:
Elements: condition (new, used), list price per unit, purchase price per unit, carrier name, and tracking . quantity, subtotals and totals Orders and shipments: shipping cost, payment method, promotions, tax applied, order status, carrier name and tracking number, subtotals and totals Returns Date and reason for return
Be sure to save the report if you plan to review it later, share it, or email it. Alternatively, you can return to the Amazon Reports page and re-upload the file.
