How to Upload Music to YouTube Music From Mobile.
As with Google Play Music, users can also upload their own songs to YouTube Music. But Google, being Google, only lets you upload songs to YouTube Music when you’re on your desktop. Download songs to YouTube Music on mobile
Since the YouTube Music app does not support download functions, you need to open the YouTube Music website in a browser to download songs. You can upload no more than 100,000 songs to YouTube Music Library, and you cannot upload to your channel or brand account, so you need to use your personal account to upload music. Also make sure the format of your music file is MP3, M4A, OGG, FLAC or WMA.
To download songs, open music.youtube.com in your mobile browser. Now click on your profile picture in the upper right corner. Here you can see the “Upload Music” option, click on it.
This will open up your file manager, select the songs you want to download and hit Select.
If this is your first time downloading, you will have the option to accept their policy. After that, your songs will start downloading.

You can check these songs in your library and then select songs or albums to find your downloaded music. However, keep in mind that once you have imported the songs, they cannot be downloaded.
