How To Swipe With Friends on Tinder.
While there are apps like Ship and Wingman that let you pick a date for a friend, Tinder still doesn’t. So, in these tough times, if you want to help your friend find a date on Tinder, here’s how you swipe for your Tinder friends.
How to swipe up with friends on Tinder
If you just want to view the profiles your friend is viewing on Tinder, a web conferencing app can help. For example, Google Meet allows you to share your cell phone screen with a friend. Once set up, your friend can see your entire screen in real time, as well as video chat with you, but only you will control your screen.
If your friends also want to control your screen, an app like TeamViewer is better suited. If you don’t know, TeamViewer is a popular app that allows you to remotely control other Android and iOS devices. Best of all, it’s free, doesn’t require registration, and works on all platforms.
Using TeamViewer on Android is a two-step process.
1. A person wishing to access a remote device must install TeamViewer for (Android | iOS) remote control.
2. Whereas the other party wishing to control their device must install the TeamViewer QuickSupport (Android | iOS) application. In our case, the one with the Tinder app.
Step 1: the host machine
We’ll assume you’re running the Tinder app on your Android smartphone and your friend helps you swipe remotely. First, install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app on your smartphone, and install the Tinder app if you haven’t already. In this article, I’ll show you the steps for Android, but the process is pretty much the same for iPhone.
Download TeamViewer QuickSupport App (Android | iOS)
Once you open the app, a popup will appear asking for permission to draw on top of other apps. To grant permission, click the Settings button and on the next page, turn on the toggle next to Allow display over other applications.
If you have a Samsung device, there will also be a popup asking for Knox permission. Click on Enable.
As soon as you grant permission, TeamViewer QuickSupport will ask you to download an add-on called “TeamViewer Universal Add-in”. To do this, click the Download button and then click Install.
After you have installed the TeamViewer universal add-on, return to the TeamViewer QuickSupport application. A 9-digit identifier will be generated. Another person needs this ID to connect to your device. You can share the ID through any app, or just click “SEND MY ID …” and click “Copy to Clipboard” to copy the link and ID.
After you have shared your ID, stay in the TeamViewer QuickSupport application, otherwise the connection will not be established.

Step 2: remote device
Then ask your remote friend to install the TeamViewer Remote Control app (Android | iOS).
As soon as your friend opens the app, he / she will see the option to enter the partner ID, which is the same 9-digit ID that you shared with him at the end of step 1. Copy and paste the code and press REMOTE.
On another Android device (a smartphone with Tinder installed), you will receive an “ALLOW†connection. You will also get the name of the device trying to control your device, check the name before clicking Allow.
If you get multiple connection error messages, make sure you are using mobile data and not Wi-Fi. Also, make sure the TeamViewer QuickSupport application is open on the remote Android device.
Problems
TeamViewer works flawlessly on most devices. But on some selected devices like Pixel and Redmi 8A Dual, you won’t be able to control the remote Android device. You can only view the screen and direct the user to self-directed actions. On such devices, this is no different from screen sharing.
To fix this, you can use the AnyDesk Remote Control app. The app is available on multiple platforms like Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, etc. AnyDesk setup is almost identical to TeamViewer setup where you need to enter the 9-digit Android remote device ID. In AnyDesk, you also have the option to grant automatic access to your Android control device by setting a password. However, given the number of scams, I would recommend that you stay away from this option.
