- Under the Add to Home heading, click Configure Device.
- On the next screen, click “Configure New Devices”.
- You will be prompted to select the home where the device will be installed. If you’ve never created a home address in Google Assistant before, follow these steps to set up your home.
- If your device is detected on the next screen, the setup process will inform you that GoogleHomeXXXX, where the crosses represent a series of numbers, has been detected. Click Next in the lower right corner of the screen. The connection process starts.

- Then select a location for the device. The setup assistant will present you with a list of pre-created rooms to choose from, as well as any rooms you have configured.
After selecting a room, select
your Wi-Fi network.
