How to Pin Someone Else Tweet to Your Twitter Profile.
Twitter allows you to pin any of your tweets to the top of your profile page. Just find the tweet you want to pin, click the arrow icon in the upper-right corner of that tweet and click Pin to your profile. And it’s all. From now on, this tweet is the first thing people see on your Twitter profile.
But not every time we want to pin our own tweets. We might like someone’s vision, or just a meme that we want to stick to our profile. As expected, Twitter does not natively have such features. So people use tricks like retweets with comments and pinning. But there is a much better way to pin their tweets right to your profile. Here’s how to do it.

Pin someone else’s Tweet to your profile
Attaching someone else’s tweet is actually very simple. This process works on both phone and computer. Just go to the Twtools site of the Twitter tool and click on the “Pin Any Tweet” option.
Click Allow Access to allow Twtools to pin the tweet to your profile. In any case, at a later stage you can see what this app can do on your profile. Just take a look at it and, if you’re happy with that, hit Authorize Application.
Now go to the tweet you want to pin and copy the link. You can copy the link from the omnibar if you are on your desktop. If you’re using Android or iOS, find the tweet you want to pin and tap the arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the tweet. If you are an iOS user, please click Share Tweet Via, Android users can skip this step. Next from the pop-up window. Click Copy Tweet Link to copy the Tweet URL to your device’s clipboard. Also make sure you haven’t retweeted this tweet, this will prevent Twtools from pinning the tweet.
Now paste the link to the tweet into the Twtools app and click “Pin Tweet”. That’s it, the selected tweet will be pinned to your account.
You can remove the pinned tweet at any time by clicking on the retweet option and choosing to cancel retweet. This will not only remove the retweet, but also remove it from the pinned tweet.
Although Twtools is a secure and reliable service, it is recommended that you revoke access after completing the process for greater security. To do this, open Twitter on the web, click More in the sidebar, and select Settings & Privacy from the drop-down menu. Click Apps & Sessions on the right side of the screen. Now, just click Twtools and hit the revoke access button to prevent the app from accessing your profile. Revoking access will not remove the pinned tweet.
