13. Check your email account for an email with the title “Your Instagram info”. In the letter you will find a link to your data; click “Download Data” and complete the download of all your information.

If you are using a mobile device to download data from Instagram:

1. Go to your profile and click menu> Settings.

2. Click Security.

3. Then click Load Data.

4. Enter the email address where you would like to receive a link to your details and click “Request Download”.

5. Enter your password and click Next> Done, then check the email with the heading Your Instagram info. Here you will find a link to your details. Click on it and follow the instructions to complete the download of all Instagram info.

Note. If you don’t see an email with a link to your details, please try again later as it may appear in your inbox within 48 hours. Instagram also temporarily stores some data for security reasons, but you won’t see it when you view or download it.

1. Log in to your account in a web browser or computer (not the Instagram mobile app) and go to your account deletion page.
2. Go to the drop-down menu next to Why are you deleting your account, select an option (reason) and enter your password again.



3. After choosing a reason, the option “Delete my account permanently” appears. Click this option and follow the instructions to remove the account.



4. Click OK to confirm your action.



5. You can delete another account by clicking or tapping the username in the upper right corner of the Delete Account page, clicking or tapping on Settings and choosing Sign Out. Sign in to the account you want to delete and follow the same steps as above to delete it.
