How to Create Your Own Samsung One UI Theme

Posted on October 17, 2021October 17, 2021 By blog_786 No Comments on How to Create Your Own Samsung One UI Theme

How to Create Your Own Samsung One UI Theme. Install Galaxy Theme: Android.

1. Amusement park

Theme Park is a new Goodluck module that lets you customize your own One UI Theme, you can download it either inside the Goodlock app or from the Samsung Galaxy Store app.

Since this app is from Samsung, you can expect good and stable results after applying the theme.

To get started with a theme park, simply open the app and click the Create New Theme button. Your gallery will open where you can choose a wallpaper for your new theme. After that, the application automatically selects several colors from the wallpaper. Then you need to choose a base color for your theme from those colors and choose a style for the color schemes.

Although we just changed a few color options, it does change the whole look of the user interface. Since we designed it from the wallpaper, we can get a clean and consistent design.

In addition to this, you can use other apps on GoodLock such as Lockstar, Clockface, Task Manager, etc. to further customize.

For example, the Lockstar app comes in handy when you want to redesign your Samsung phone’s lock screen. While you can’t make huge changes, you can choose from the gifts available in the Lockstar app. Clockface helps to change the design of the clock, you already have several default watch faces that you can change in the settings, the Clockface app offers even more designs. The Task Manager is an app where you can choose different layouts for the recent apps bar.

Each application is intended for its own use and can make a huge difference at the same time.

2. The Hex Tool

Compared to theme park, this is a bit of a tricky way to set up, but definitely not tricky. Consider the Hex Tool, like the Substratum app, with two main differences: first, it is only available for Samsung smartphones, and second, it does not need root access to install these themes. Here you can find many of the best installation themes that you might like. You can even edit these themes and make some customizations to them or create a new theme from scratch

To get started with Hex Tool, first install the Hex Installer app from the Play Store. This is a paid app and costs $ 0.99. For its functionality, it fully justifies its price.

After installing the Hex Installer app, you will find two apps in the app drawer: #hex_ and #hexified_.

#hex_ is an application where you can edit and customize your theme. #hexified_ is like a store where you can find many themes to install and plugins that can help you edit your theme. You can also find some hex themes and plugins in the Playstore, also take a look at them.

These themes not only change colors but also design styles. There are minimalistic themes, some of them mimic stock Android, and some look like the user interface of other manufacturers such as MIUI, etc.

You can even create your own icon sets and wallpapers by editing them in Photoshop, or you can even download your favorite icon sets from the Internet and use them. We obviously have options for changing the style and size of the font, which can be considered basic for editing the theme. Along with this, you can even resize the user interface.

These changes will be applied to the entire system, including the quick setting panel. The best part is that you can also apply them to third party apps like Whatsapp, Twitter, etc. if you like.

And it’s very easy to set it up, follow these steps.

1. Download the Hex Installer app.

2. Download the desired plugin from the #hexified_ application or from the Playstore. You can only use one plugin at a time, each plugin just provides different styles.

5. You can download your own font styles and icon packs, you can download them from the Internet or create your own if you are really interested.

6. Select the third party apps to which you want to apply the theme. It may not support all applications, but you can apply it to most of them.

7. Then click Build & Install, you will be taken to Galaxy Themes app to install the theme.

3. Theme Galaxy

Galaxy theme is similar to Hex Tool, with some variations like keyboard customization, quick setting panels, navigation bar separately if you like.

Since Hex Tool is a paid app, you can use it as an alternative.

You can also find options to customize the always-on display, message bubbles, and more as a bonus, but these were professional options.

But it’s tricky to do simple things with it, and it doesn’t show a preview until you install the theme. Sometimes it spoils the case, which helps. But if you’ve spent a lot of time on it, you can expect to get something worthwhile.

Closing words

Hex Tool is undoubtedly the best tool to create your own Samsung One UI theme. It has all the features and a fully functional application. The Galaxy theme is just as good, but it has a few issues like it doesn’t show a preview, so you have to install the theme every time to get an idea of how it looks. It may take a while, but the job will get done.

Samsung’s Theme Park app is very different from this. It’s not even the same as creating a theme, it can be said to be like customizing the theme to match your wallpaper. Every time you change the wallpaper, change it through the Theme Park app, this also changes the UI elements and maintains consistency for your device.
