How to Create Live Wallpapers on Samsung Phones.
If you are using a Samsung phone, chances are you’ve heard of Good Lock. For the unknown: Good Lock is an exclusive app from Samsung that contains various modules that extend the functionality of your phone, which you could not achieve with the Play Store apps. Samsung recently introduced a new Good Lock module called Wonderland, which helps you create live wallpapers that can play normally or animate with your touch. Let’s see how it works.
How to create live wallpapers on a Samsung phone
To start using Wonderland, you first need to install the Good Lock app from the Samsung Galaxy Store. This app may not be available for all countries, but you can use this trick to use Good Lock modules even in unsupported countries.
Once downloaded, open the app and select the “Family” tab, here you will find the “Wonderland” module. Click on it and click install. Now open the Wonderland pod from the app drawer like any other app and click Start.
Here you can apply ready-made live wallpapers or click “Create†to start creating them.
Now, to create a wallpaper, first add a background by clicking the background button and then select a background image from your gallery.
Now click on the image button in the lower right corner to add images and particle effects as layers on top of the background.
By clicking on the image, you can add an image from your gallery or choose any pre-designed stickers. Once added, you can drag it to the desired location and adjust the size and rotation with two fingers.
By clicking on Particle Effects, you have the option to add a particle from your gallery or select any pre-designed particle. Then you need to choose an animation style for these particle effects.
Once you have selected the particle animation, you can choose Autoplay or play with the Touch Effect. Then you can adjust the particle parameters like coloring style, particle size, duration, rotation style, number of articles, spreading direction, etc.
Finally, you can click on Motion Effect at the bottom to add motion to all layers at the top of the background. This movement is triggered by a gyroscope, so the wallpaper and layers will move according to the movement of the phone. In addition, you can also customize the X, Y, Z axis movements.
After that, edit the wallpaper, click “Save†at the top and give your wallpaper a name.
After that, you have the option to set wallpaper as wallpaper for home screen or home screen and lock screen.
In any case, you cannot save the wallpaper to the gallery or even share it with anyone if you like, not even other Samsung phones. But creating new live wallpapers is now just a few minutes. I just used stock images and particles, you can download png images from the internet or create in photoshop if you like.
