- Sign in with the Microsoft account with which you purchased the subscription.
- Select Payment & Billing> Order History.
If you don’t see your Game Pass subscription in your order history, or notice any transactions you don’t recognize, you may need to contact your banking institution.
I don’t see an option to cancel my Xbox Game Pass
If you’re signed in to your Microsoft account and don’t see any options to cancel, and only see an option to renew/enable recurring billing, your subscription is a one-time payment. This means that you can enjoy your Game Pass benefits until the end of your current billing period and will no longer be charged. Alternatively, you can follow the steps above to cancel your subscription on console or PC.
