Best Word Games on iOS & Android.
To be honest, I love playing first-person shooters, racing games, and sometimes I even try to pass the time playing while I’m in the junkyard. Even when I can bring chicken lunch, I often think to myself: what did I learn from playing it? Well, I could play math games, or something that interests me, namely word games. So, if you want to replace some fun games with a little learning, here are the best word games for iOS and Android, try it now!

Baiko is a child of love between Scrabble and Tetris. The gameplay consists of falling stacks from the top of the screen. You must compose as many words as possible from the existing set of letters. I’m sure it sounds simple, but as you move forward and score points, the game gets harder. It also throws obstacles like frozen tiles, bombs, and more, making it difficult to form a word in the limited time you get.

You can’t guess, as the score drops as you spend more time, make a wrong guess, or use hints to make progress. Bonza is a different approach to solving crossword puzzles where you move a grid of words instead of individual words so that they all make sense together. The player gets a general theme that you can use to correctly guess and connect the grids. What sets it apart from others is the ability to create your own puzzle, which is then automatically generated by the app. You can share the puzzle code with your friends and challenge them at any time. There are also many puzzles in the app that can be purchased using in-app purchases.

Typeshift is a new take on anagram puzzle. Instead of looking for combinations of one word, you get three to five words put together. You solve the puzzle by sliding letters up and down to form a word. Before you find it easy, here’s the catch. Not only do you form the word in the center, but you must use the entire letter at least once to form the words. There are several packs in the game that can be unlocked through in-app purchases.

7. Wordfeud
Cost – Free
This is a multiplayer scrabble game in which you can play with a random opponent, as well as invite and challenge your friends. It’s very easy to play as you have to add letters horizontally or vertically next to the letters already on the board. In addition, there are additional points for double, triple and letter grades. What I love the most about the app is that you can easily select the Facebook friends you want to play with, which saves time and makes it a lot more fun. You can remove banner ads with the premium version, which costs $ 4.99.

7 Little Words is my personal favorite. The game is a mixture of trivia, crossword puzzles and word guessing. The user gets a puzzle with seven cryptic words and seven clues (hence the name). The goal is to choose the correct set of encrypted words that match the meaning of the phrases. Their games have thousands of puzzles to buy, but for starters, you get 25 puzzles available without any purchases.

You play a game by dragging letters from the list of letters at the bottom to form two words in the top rows. Each letter has points and bonuses if you do double or triple. This is not a multiplayer game, but you do get a leaderboard and a rating that shows you the score of other players who have been given the same set of words. There are banner ads at the top that can be removed for $ 1.50.

Concluding remarks
Of all these word games, I highly recommend you try 4 Pics 1 Word. It is a relatively simple game that can be played by users of any age group. Plus, I spend most of my time playing 7 Little Words, which doesn’t even help me refresh my vocabulary, but subtle hints nudge my mind into thinking and making connections. So, try all of these and let me know which one you like best!
