the up and down arrows don’t work .
The calculator is in Error mode and we can’t get it to work. Need help fixing it or we need it replaced. I have gone online and tried to download the operating system from TI and the calculator is not even being recognized by the computer. .

The calculator worked great. But looks more pinkish than purple. I also just realized the keyboard part comes off and noticed it was dirty underneath like something was spilled on the calculator so now have to figure out how to clan that without damaging the calculator .
Great for being used, works fine just didn’t come with a case. I got one for $10 elsewhere. .
I received the calculator early. I had to put the batteries in it but everything seems to work fine. .
Great calculator works fine but the picture was completely misleading, the keyboard cover they included that goes over the buttons doesn’t match the cover case at all, the case being purple and the keyboard cover is pink. Kind of annoying. .
