Between two and three stars. I was so anxious to try this devise out that I used it on the address label on the mailing envelope it arrived in. I slowly went over the label. My name and address was still clear for anyone to read. I waited until it dried then went over it again. It was not fully blacked out, but was okay.Now that I have had these for a few months, I love them. I was using it incorrectly and found that if I pressed harder when rolling, all was covered.Just received my new order of these stamps. The old ones still work great, but I didn’t want to be without any and it has been a few years. I’ve changed my rating again, not because they work poorly. They work good! But because they are now HALF the SIZE for around the same price. True I did not look at the description this time around so feel it is my fault. Before it took one swipe to cover addresses etc., now you have to go back and forth. Next time I will try another brand as I feel a little cheated. .
I ordered one of these from a catalog and they work very well, however I was not aware that they are made in two sizes. What I thought was a terrific buy from amazon not so much as these are the smaller size and require two or more passes to cover an address. I’ll have to do some research to find out which size I’m ordering next time. The product does hide the address well you just have to make two or three passes with these small stamps as opposed to one quick swipe with the larger one. .
These work great but I tried it on the shipping label of the package it came in and it became totally see through. Tried it on a prescription label it was again see through so for that I took 2 stars away. I mostly purchased this to cover my info on junk mail but found if the ink is not black, like say blue, it becomes visible. Also when the ink runs out they are expendable but it does state they are one time use when the ink dries out. With that said, you have to be very aware when using it to make sure you put the cover back on tightly between uses. We’ll see if they last as long as they say they do.Update: Downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star. These are useless! I have been using it on all my mail/packages and only a few 3 to be exact, I didn’t have to use a pen or sharpie to completely cover. Very disappointed. I will probably return as I have no use for them. .
I had initially purchased the larger size of this item and when I re-ordered for gifts, the smaller ones came & I was very disappointed. The company contacted me and explained that there are two sizes 1.1 and .6 and they replaced my smaller ones immediately at no additional charge. These are fantastic and I gave them to my family who also love them! Now I don’t have to shred everything and also works great on prescription bottles! The seller (Plus Corporation of America) can’t be beat for customer satisfaction! .

Week 1 of my summer break: My parents ambushed me as I walked through the door of our family owned business, begging me to take a look at the Canon P23-DH V calculator. “It’s broken, it’s not working, and we need you to fix it! How else are we supposed to tax the merchandise customers purchase on a daily basis?!”I’ll admit, I had no idea how to take this thing off of the calculator. I was baffled. It took me a whole 15 minutes to get it off (It was so simple. I felt dumb, and I went to college T-T). This “package of 3” came in 2 days later, Thanx to Prime (thanx Prime!), I replaced the cartridge and viola, good as new. We’ve had this calculator for 12 years now and it’s the only one my technologically impaired parents are confident using, so I was pretty grateful to see that these cartridges were still in circulation. .
I haven’t been able to see the printed negative amounts on my calculator paper for a couple of years. The red ink went out soon after I purchased my calculator. The ink cartridge must have been old or defective. I am loving doing my bookwork now that all of the numbers show up and I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I did try to find an ink cartridge in my area but all they could tell me was they could order one. I am sure it would have been more expensive to do that. Now I have a reserve supply and the low cost was appreciated. .
I have had my canon P23-DH-V calculator for 15+ years, and I didn’t even know you could change the roller much less buy them. When one day while looking for something else on Amazon, I saw the identical calculator, and under it was ink roller replacements. After reading reviews on them is when I found out you could replace them, and how to do it. I got the three(3) pack and put one in and it was as easy as stated and works perfect. .
The ink cartridges arrived promptly, and I must say installing a new one was a “snap”! The ink is very, very dark. For the first time in years, I can actually SEE the red print. It simply did not “dawn” on me for along time, to replace the ink cartridge in my reliable adding machine. I could still see the black, although it was gray. Now, I can see both inks. .

My print rollers usually lasted around a year. Having a total of 6 makes it much convenient when a new one is needed. $10 for a pack of 6 equals = $1.66 each. A real bargain compared to $5 or more at Office Depot or other big box store. That is, if you can find them. Just remember to keep them in a seal bag to prevent the ink from drying out. .
I had calculator printer ribbon ink rollers but they must have been too old. They were not used but were very light. So when I got the new 6 pack I was very happy that it was very dark. So I guess I need to use them right away. .
