Don’t make the same mistake that I made. In the product listing it states that accessories may be generic. Well, I didn’t receive ANY accessories with this calculator. No cover, no cable, no nothing. Just the calculator in a bag. Had I known this I would not have made this purchase. For maybe $5-10 more I could have bought a brand-new one. Learn from my mistake. .

too many modes not what i was looking for .
This calculator is great till end of Algebra II. One needs to upgrade to Ti-84 in Pre-Calculus or in Calculus but if one is going in science or math related field I’d recommend the Ti-89 as it is very helpful with Calculus. This calculator has served me well in doing mathematics and solving for polynomials. The menu is user friend but unlike the Ti graphing calculator this one does not contain a catalog to quickly pick things from. I have taken AP Statistics and noticed that this calculator is very quick in finding linear regression, line of best fit, etc, compared to the Ti-84 which takes quite a while. I have taken AP Calculus and have found this calculator pretty much useless as this does not perform much like the Ti calculators. It doesn’t solve for area under the curve. The Ti-89 does it and one can find derivatives and anti-derivatives using it. I’d recommend (Casio) calculator to people if they are not going to take higher level mathematics. .
The Casio 9750GAPlus is cheaper than a TI calculator, yes, but ultimately what sets the Casio 9750GII apart from the TIs was not carried to this model. The most annoying behavior is that over-writing characters is the default behavior. If you failed to enter a number or parentheses properly, instead of just going back and hitting it to put it in, you have to do second->insert every single time. This was one behavior I cannot stand about the TIs, since I can’t imagine anyone needing to overwrite numbers more often compared to inserting something they missed or transposed.Secondly, the integration the previous user mentioned about is there, both function wise and in the graph menu(they even show it on the package). Unfortunately in the graph menu, you have to manually trace where you want to integrate – on the 9750GII, you can just type say, 0, enter, 5, enter, and it will integrate from 0 to 5. This one just ignores pressing numbers, and the only more precise integration for decimals/fractions/pi/e is to use the longer equation-style function, which may not allow you to just type a Y1 and range.Ultimate this calculator tries to imitate the TI-line, and it does so in all the wrong ways.On top of that, I got this calculator as, by mistake, I thought it was the GII (identical appearance), and it started at $50 from the brick-and-mortar I bought it from. The Casio 9750GII online is the same price, and isn’t worsened like this model. .
