I lIke the size of this clipboard box as well as how much storage it has. I purchased red. The color is not red, but pink. The color is exactly how it appeared on my phone screen. Pink not red. The hinge closure and pop clip closure is a cheaper plastic in my opinion. I don’t think it will last long and need repaired after a few uses. Over all it’s ok for me for the price I paid .
I found the clipboard to be made of very smooth sturdy plastic. I have purchased other plastic clipboards with storage and find this one to be far superior. The storage is nice and the clasp works well. I like the convenience of the clipboard and storage area combination. I like the color too! .
This is a much higher quality than ones I have purchased at other stores. The clasp that holds it closed is very secure. I will use this for bills and important papers to keep them all together. .

I really wanted to like this clipboard but I didn’t. I waited a whole semester to write a review to give a better description of how it did long term. I’ll start off by saying that you’re paying more for the information on the back than you are the clipboard because it isn’t not sturdy at all, it’s pretty flimsy. My friends got plain ones at Walmart for $5-$8 that we’re WAY better than mine! It does have lots of storage space but it’ll weigh down on the clip that closes it. I had mine for 3 months and I laid it hard on the nurses station and It broke on one side you would have thought I dropped it on the tile floor. The information on the back I probably looked at once. I’m just first semester so maybe it’s made for more advanced semesters. This coming semester I’m just taping a laminated page with all the info I need, this wasn’t worth the money for me. .
The 5 stars is more for the customer service of tribe rn than the actual clipboard! The clipboard is more about 4 stars. The clipboard is your average storage clipboard. I wish there was a option for a side opening. Also, for the price, it really should be more of a tougher plastic (rubbermaid) quality. However, super happy with this! The first clipboard had a slight manufactured defect in the seam where the clipboard shut. It was small and still usable, but definitely not worth almost $19. So I emailed the company and told them what I received and sent pictures. I also made the suggestions as I did above about better options. The customer service here is simply fabulous! They immediately shipped me a replacement board and its in perfect condition! It’s exactly what I was looking for to get through my nursing school clinicals. Recommend for students! Keep the customer service aspect up and you have a customer for life! Thank you! .
I guess i expected more durability for 17+ dollars. I really like the sticker on the back with all the references BUT there were two air bubbles that I cannot get out of it. Other than those two things I like it but they need more quality control for sure.Ok so this is a second review. The company tribe rn contacted me and sent me a new clipboard and their were no bubbles in it this time. They were professional and threw in a cool penlight as well. I’m changing from a 3 to a 5 because customer service is extremely important to me. .
I’m in my 4th semester of the nursing program, ALMOST done with my preceptorship and getting ready to roll. I’ve been looking around for a couple of cheat sheets to attach to my badge or a clipboard that had them attached but I never thought I’d find something this awesome! I had a small clipboard that I’d carry from room to room with my report sheets that I’d update throughout my shift. And then there’s the bulging pockets that by the end of the shift loaded full of pens, scissors, alcohol swabs, spare gloves, and etc. This clipboard is perfect and portable in going to room and the cheat sheets don’t smear or damage with wiping with chlorhexidine wipes. I don’t end up with a bunch of extra stuff in my pockets or have to fumble around with a bunch of odds and ends in my pockets-I can easily grab what I need from the inside of the clipboard. My first one arrived damaged in shipping by Amazon-I had gotten a very kind email from the seller to make sure I was happy with my purchase-I had started an exchange request through Amazon and they wouldn’t replace until the damaged one was received-the seller quickly sent a replacement and sent several kind words of encouragement. Amazing, wonderful experience. I wish I would have had this in 1st semester. .

I am in charge of a city little league and I bought these for myself and my fellow coaches to stay organized throughout the season. These are great to hold all our kids information and our lineups. I can store my pens and pencils inside also. They can be used for so many things for kids and adults. .
Arrived In a nice box individually wrapped and protected with a nice thank-you note inside from a small family business. These clipboards are very sturdy and roomy to put all your paperwork maybe a few files, receipts this will work for you and your supporting a small family business! .
The storage clipboard was for my daycare. And they seem to be exactly what I needed. In this time of the COVID-19 each child can have their own clipboard with pen for parental sign in. The storage area is also great for keeping some of their paper work/info I may need close at hand, without going to the file cabinet to retrieve. .
We are just starting to use the clipboards. I love the color assortment so each teacher can easily recognize which board belongs to their room. The teachers love the storage compartment and the spot for the pen. We are a shared space Child Care Center so our paperwork has to be put away when the Church is using the space. These boards make that super easy. .

I just received this today and IMHO it’s much better than the:Â Officemate Slim Clipboard Storage Box, Charcoal (83303) .The side latch is much easier to use. And unlike the Officemate, the interior is not indented, so you can store more papers inside. Note that the interior sides are just wide enough for 8.5 x 11 papers. At first, I didn’t like this feature. But then I realized that the close tolerance prevents your papers from shifting inside the clipboard during transit, which is actually cool.My only disappointment is the color. The NEON ORANGE is MUCH brighter than the photo in the ad. In fact, it’s SO bright, I thought the seller must have accidentally sent me the strawberry clipboard by mistake. I even started to return this item until I noticed that the strawberry clipboard has a red flap instead of a black one.There are other photos in the marketing copy which show a deep orange colored clipboard that’s been rained on. THAT’S the actual color of the Neon Orange clipboard. I’ve included some photos so you can see for yourself. Don’t get me wrong. I like this clipboard a lot. I just didn’t expect to have to wear sunglasses in order to use it. ;BTW: This is the second review I’ve written for this item. Apparently Amazon does not want me to warn you that the color in the ad does not match the actual item you will receive. .

So – why 4-Stars va 5?The vendor elected to deliver it to Amazon to ship with their branded, HUGE label on the front adhered with an affixant that it marred the whole area of the case with a sticky, persistant layer of redidue.Did I finally get that removed? Yes, but only after using 3 different “sticky-stuff removers, and the 4th finally succeeded: the Glue Gone product.So – if you order this be warned if you remove the info-ladened, HUGE sticker, and don’t want sticky hands forever more, you will need to take extra mess cleanup measures. .
I love these clipboards! I’m a nurse and use these clipboards for my work. They come in handy. I put important papers in them and have easy access to them all throughout my shift. I have used different clipboards and these by far are my favorite ones. I love how they are light, not too bulky or too thin. They hold the most important documents that you need.  This clipboard helped me to manage checkbooks and other stuff. As a student, I have been looking for something nice and easy to write my paperwork and this clipboard helping me a lot. I am very impressed with this product. Mainly, this is a perfect size and the storage space because I can put my most important things such as checkbook and carry it anywhere in my backpack. I can write easily on A4 size paper without moving paper. They made a very strong and hight apacity clip posse that can clip many papers heavily at the same time.Another cool thing is there is another small pen holder inside the storage box which can hold my 3-4 pen and pencil at the same time. This is aluminum and very lightweight now usually I am doing my all paperwork on this clipboard. Now I am using this for my everyday works such as doing homework and other paperwork. Also, Using a storage box to collect car keys, important mails, and checkbooks. Loving it! about the price point, it worth the money for sure. .

I’ve just had it for a week, but I’m impressed with the fine materials. VERY SMART to use a piano-hinge for the ‘lid’. It should extend the lifetime considerably. At first, I thought the storage space was ‘silly’ and superfluous, BUT, I am finding it rather useful (I do have a knack for a misplacing/losing pens). Any wishes??? Maybe it could be a smidgen wider, smidgen longer and a smidgen deeper but I don’t know how big a smidgen is. Oh!!! I almost forgot to say that the area behind the clip will accommodate a large ring of a top bound tablet. NICE !!! .

After using this for a week I found it’s extremely cheap,it bends super easy worth more like $5.00 getting a plastic one to replace it .

Poor quality, clip is not even so paper does not stay secure, clip that holds it closed is not centered and gets caught on the inner piece preventing it from being able to close. Wish I had bought a different one. .

I bought two of these for my eldery mom and step-dad to organize some of their medical/medicine information. Inside they have printouts of important medical issues as well as a spreadsheet with all of their doctor and specialists listed along with their contact information and copies of test results. On top in the clip is a spreadsheet listing all their medications with check boxes for the week so they can stay on top of taking their medicine correctly and be able to cross check for each other. Both of them have issues with their hands and they can still open and close this clipboard with little issue. .

This clipboard is made of attractive, durable plastic. I love the padded clip that does not leave marks on the paper. I like the fact that there is an inside stash space that holds about 30 sheets of paper and has an indented space for a pen or pencil. Also, the clip that closes it, doubles as a balance when open so that you can use the clipboard in an upright position without the need to lean it against another object and it prevents it from sliding all over the place. This feature is perfect when I am entering data onto a spreadsheet from a paper I have clipped to the board. It allows me to be mobile and to get work done when I need to be out of my home office. I can just grab my laptop and clipboard and set it up anywhere I need to be. Even while waiting for an oil change while at the garage! I really like this clipboard and its functionality. I highly recommend it. .
Super convenient clipboard with the storage. I work building maintenance and I often have a little stack of work orders. This helps keep them together and neat and as a plus with new appliances being installed I save the manuals and place them inside my clipboard for reference.I would however, avoid placing heavy objects on top and try not to drop it. That’s pretty much it. .

This is Falsely advertised as a legal clipboard! It is clearly letter sized .
Color is nice but it is way too flimsy. You can’t write on it without the plastic bending. You can even twist the thing when it is closed so I don’t see it lasting long. It also looks like the plastic “hinge” will wear out quickly. Will be returning. .
It doesn’t hold legal size paper – it holds letter (8.5×11). Not the highest quality, but good price and it gets the job done. .
This seemed like exactly what I wanted – a handy clipboard with a storage case.When I got it, yeah, it is what it is supposed to be, but check out the photos. The plastic is noticeably warped, so it doesn’t close properly. I was nervous to order this clipboard because of other reviews I had seen, but I am so glad I did! This case is very well made and a lot slimmer than I expected. This clipboard is NOT bulky! That’s what I love about it! The pink color, IMO, isn’t neon transparent pink. It’s more of a darker hot pink. Also, when the clipboard is closed you can NOT see through it. I work in the nursing field and that is very important. I would recommend this product to a friend! 🙂 Go ahead and order this clipboard! You will not be disappointed! .
100% not a paid review. I have a job that requires me to run around the entire office building and I’m being handed paperwork left and right ontop of needing to take notes constantly. I can have a legal pad clipped to the front and keep my documents inside, along with my iPhone, my company key reader + a pen or two. This thing has made my life SO much easier! I’ll reorder again once I inevitably drop it and break it. .
Great storage Clipboard! I am a college student and use this clip board as a writing surface as well as to store documents and school work. I own three of these and they’re amazing. It great for organization, holds well over 50 pages and have room for pens and pencils. The locking mechanism is very sturdy and I haven’t had any problems with it. The clipboard felt cheap at first, but after some time using it, it exceeded my expectations. Overall very happy with this product. Although, the “Officemate Slim Clipboard Storage Box” has an individual compartment for pens and pencils, this clipboard is sturdier and better looking. The individual compartment just complicates things and make the overall clipboard bigger. The Texas Clipboard also fits nicely into standard sized backpacks and keep clutter to a minimum. .
Was skeptical to buy this at first after reading the other review of it being delivered broken, but decided to go ahead with it. I love it. I work in the nursing field and need to keep patients charts and notes with me and they fit perfectly in here. It also holds my notepad. Does its job! .

This clipboard folio is pretty and looking at the reviews it sounded like just what I was looking for. Especially when I saw the Q&A question: Can the cover fold behind. Answer: Yes it can. Well that’s a lie, you cannot fold it behind without ruining the spine of the folio which means it won’t last long if you do. That Q&A answer was the main reason I purchased this as I need to be able to fold it behind to write on the pad while walking. .
I bought this for rounding on patients as an on-call doc in the hospital because I need a clip board, but often need to grab paper and take additional notes. I just received this June 15, 2020 and have not used yet, so will update my review eventually. I like that there is the availability of an elastic pen holder as well as a front strap to wrap over the clipboard area to keep the folder closed. It is definitely VERY lightweight. I do wonder about the durability, but I do not think it will be a problem for me since this is just me carrying this during rounds and then it will be stored in my briefcase. And when I say durability, also I am thinking about the light folder pocket on the inside is like a thick paper style material, so if you are rough on things, I imagine that left inside pocket might tear readily. Hope the photos are helpful:)Be mindful that the clipboard does not Fold back behind, so if you plan on taking notes on the inside, it will operate as a folder style. I did a lot of research and you will not find a folding behind clipboard/folder style. This will work just find but be uniquely fun in design and offer a few extra perks for me. The description is accurate. .
Even more beautiful in person, this padfolio not only looks great, but is very well made. The front and back covers are thick and durable, I love the gold foil print. The clipboard clasp is metal, not plastic and has a nice, tight grip. The inside pocket folder is thin paperboard, but sturdy enough to hold a few items. Overall a great item for organizing notes during meetings, presentations, and personal or home management use. .
I use this at work and it does a great job in keeping me organized. The folder is sort of flimsy and can’t hold very many papers and if you put too many things in the folder it won’t close correctly. I wish it was a tiny bit wider to hold more but otherwise, it’s great! .

I expected this clipboard to be more rigid when empty, at least on the top portion with the clip. Sadly it’s not. The plastic is fairly soft and squishy, and mine arrived with its lower corners slightly bent so it doesn’t have a tight seal. Also the bottom latch doesn’t close well or with positive feedback so be careful to make sure it’s fully latched. .
As soo as you open it, there is a gap any other time it’s “closed†I bought this for work, would NOT RECOMMEND .
I bought these for my grandchildren to use with their drawings and coloring. They are so proud of them and it keeps down the mess. .
This clipboard is perfect for nurses and nursing students. I am a nursing student and this is great for notes and additional paperwork that we need with us at our clinical sites. .
