1 – Canon MP25DV-3 – Two-Color Ribbon Printing Calculator
Top Reviews Love it. Don’t know of anything I don’t like. I am usually very hard to please, so this is a compliment. The touch of the buttons is lovely. I like the auto-sleep feature; not always turning it on and off. The print is very nice. . large keys work well to keep me from fat-fingering the numbers and processes, and this machine has many extra featues at a reasonable price. I really like the printing ribbon. . I like the feel of the keys and the quietness of the machine. I use it in my business. . Works great Read more
2 – Canon Office Products MP27DII Desktop Printing Calculator
Top Reviews I am an accountant that uses a calculator all day long. Ironically, when my 15 year-old calculator died recently, I found it very difficult to find a new calculator with any durability that had a RIGHT key TOTAL. I was not going to retrain myself at this point in life. This product is great! Keys are a little larger than normal, but after a week, no problem. Visual of totals on display is excellent. Would buy again. . I haven’t bought a new one of these in thirty years so it was a tough decision. There are so many out there and the reason I liked this one is the fact that it prints quickly and I am not waiting forever for the printing to quit and stop making noise. It is efficient and great for me. . Fast. Accurate. Solid Keypad. I struggled to find the right calculator. I tried the Canon MP11DX which was awful. I tried the Monroe 2020Plus, which was too small and angled awkwardly. This one has the right sized keypad with fast, solid keys. It’s big but I need that for a relaxed hand placement. The Monroe was too tight to allow for accuracy, and contributed to strain. The angle for hand placement is natural – the Monroe was giving me a stressed carpal tunnel feeling within seconds. The keys are solid with quick action and release – the MP11DX keys were flimsy, and the keys would wobble and stick. The keys on the MP27DII go straight up and down. no circular wobble at all. It’s been a day. We’ll see how it holds up. If you don’t see and addendum to this review – it’s good. . Good Calculator but the power save mode drives me crazy. I use a calculator during the course of my working day and every time I need it, the thing is off. It can’t use so much power that this is necessary. There is no way to adjust the time for the cutoff. Not very well thought out for a desktop functioning business calculator. Read more
3 – Canon Office Products CP1200DII Desktop Printing Calculator, White, 5.8″ x 11″ x 17″
Top Reviews I’ve spent some time with cheaper calculators (ones is the $25-$40 range) and I have to say that I should have spent a little more money and purchased this one sooner. The quality difference is easily apparent as soon as you open the box. The inside mechanisms are of much higher quality. And the dust cover that is included was a surprising bonus. Although this takes up more desk space, it can easily do calculations 4 times faster than my last, smaller printing calculator (the cannon P23DH-V). Gone are the days of waiting for the calculator to catch up and print the numbers. This one spits them out half a second after you hit the buttons. This is only day one, so we’ll have to wait and see how long it lasts, but so far I’m very glad for splurging and spending the extra money. If you do any amount of bookwork and number work, this is the calculator for you. . Its got the 0 key! It looks and feels like the Canon printing calculator I bought 25 years ago! This thing is built like and feels like a tank! I wish all business machine products were built the same and at a very competitive price, . There are other reviews on here on the mechanics of this machine, all are correct. All I want to say about it is this, I’m old school. I learned 10 key by touch before computers came along. And computer calculators are a joke. There is no satisfying sound like the ‘click’ on each key when you press in on this machine, no hum of the printer. This machine is ‘old school’ like me. Anyone who is in the industry will get exactly what I am saying. I love it, perfect! . I had a Canon MP21D for well over 20 years which finally died. The MP21D was a great calculator, compact, quiet, and good keyboard layout. The CP1200Dll is noisy, slower and has a large footprint. I don’t particularly like the keyboard layout but that may be because I had using the MP21D for so many years.Fred S Read more
4 – Canon MP25DV Standard Function Calculator
Top Reviews I use an adding machine all day every day. I’ve been using Cannons for a long time and the MP25DV has not disappointed me. The keys are laid out in a logical order (seems silly to say that but many adding machines are not) display is bright even in a light polluted office. Paper feed works great and has been jam free, also it is a breeze to load another roll on. This unit also has a “cheat sheet” in the front drawer, I’m sure that is a good feature for those who are just getting used to using and adding machine . Item did not work right out of the box, I had only ordered it for spare parts that I could not findon line, item was scratched up and had a poor appearance . this is the second one I have purchased in a few months, the minus button sticks and stays down when being used, not allowing any more of the functions to work until you wiggle it to unstick it the original one I purchased in April did the same thing. Crappy product, my old one I had for 10 years never did this . Enjoyed this calculator while it lasted. I wouldn’t recommend it though — it should’ve lasted much longer. At the peak of tax season, it just stopped registering any keystrokes. Kind of makes me wonder how long my Canon camera will last. Read more

6 – Canon Office Products LS-555H Business Calculator
Top Reviews Small, sturdy, opens and closes easily, AND it has an “Off” button!I also like the way the keys feel and I don’t notice any loud clicky sounds that are different than the ole Staples one.I have replaced the Staples one 5 times in the last 10 years and am done with the latch breaking off repeatedly and as of a couple days ago, the 3, 6, and 9 keys don’t work.I like that the Canon one is set to use solar power in room lighting. Simple is good.I’ll report back if there are any long term issues with the new Canon one as time goes by. . I bought this for my daughter to keep in her apron to use at her waitress job. It is just the right size for her. The buttons are spaced just far enough apart to keep from mistyping. The buttons have a rubber feel to help keep from slipping. The display is large enough she can clearly see it. It is small, compact, light weight & can be used in low light since it is solar and battery operated. She likes how it folds closed so she can throw it in her purse after her shift and it won’t get damaged. This is a great option for the person who needs a pocket calculator. . This was a replacement for a much older calculator that no longer works. I like this one, it’s small but good sized buttons. It has a good sized solar panel for charging. It closes with a good tight click so it won’t come open by accident. It would have received a perfect score but it doesn’t stay open at an angle. It’s either closed or flat. My old one had that feature which is quite important to me. This one is of good quality and I do like the buttons better on this one. Hopefully on future models Cannon will address the open positioning so it can be used hands free. . Very happy with the product, and seller. I ordered several different small, solar-powered calculators to find the best one. I wanted a very small calculator that I could easily carry in my shirt-pocket, so I could carry it with me any time I go shopping to enable me to determine unit cost of different items in order to tell which was least expensive — to hard to do that “in my head”. This calculator was only SLIGHTLY Larger than the others I ordered, but this one had much bigger keys, making it much easier to input price and quantity to determine Unit-Cost. I also wanted one with a top that I could close on it for protection in my pocket. Could Not Be Happier with this product; Highly Recommend it. Read more
