1 – FungLam Thermal Receipt Paper Rolls 3-1/8 x 230ft, 20 rolls
Top Reviews
Works well in Star TSP-100 receipt printer. .
Great paper less then half the price I used to pay at staples. As long as it fits in your thermal printer it will work. The rolls where a little to big for my thermal printer so I just unrolled a few sheets & worked perfect. Even if the roll is to small in length it will still print you just have to change the setting in the POS for smaller text $ smaller paper. Trust me I have ran out of paper on a busy Friday night at a hookah restaurant I own. I went & took the tiny thermal papers for the cresit card machines. I popped that thing into the pos system and must made the text so small that customers where coming up to me asking what does this day, how much is our bill? I apologized to them told them we where having computer problems. Moral of the story is we made it through the busiest night with out a thermal pos printer. If its cheaper to buy the paper that’s a lil smaller in length just but it & I’ll help you change the settings in your printer to small text and diameter but I’ll make sure its readable lol. My email is [email protected] .
This was not toilet paper. It was like paper you use in an adding machine. It was much smaller than regular toilet paper and was like regular paper and I would never try using it on my bodt or flush it down the toilet.I was shocked at what I got.I would take it off your page of toilet paper.I couldn’t send it back because it would have cost me too much and there was no return receipt with it so I just threw it out.A was of $18 plus $9 shipping and other fees. .
The paper is thinner but then so what, it’s a great price and gets the job done as needed since most people throw away their receipts anyway. I would highly recommend this and will be ordering again for my businesses. .

2 – FungLam Thermal Receipt Paper, 2 1/4″ x 50′, White, CORELESS, 50 Rolls/Pk

We are an 80% paperless office, with one of the only hold-outs being our credit card machine. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased paper rolls without the plastic core. I thought it would be better for the environment to have one less piece of plastic in the trash, but the lack of core makes these roles wind/wound very tightly. As a result, the paper curls up in a tiny little tube the moment it spits out no matter what you do. You can try to crumple it, straighten it, fold it – nothing works. It’s frustrating for the customer trying to sign their receipt, and it’s especially frustrating when I’m scanning and digitizing the days work and these won’t go through my scanner properly because they’re curled up so badly.I hate to leave this review but honestly this is such a giant pain in the tush. The paper works fine and never gets jammed up in the machine, but the inability to lay flat is simply a no-go for our business. .
I had purchase many thermal papers in the past, this is the worst one I have ever got, small rolls and when you about from finishing it, you cannot print anymore which you can still print 5receipt from the remaining papers. .
Excellent credit card receipt paper. Fast shipping from Amazon as always. Plenty of paper for the price. .
Love that this paper has no plastic roller insert that you have to throw away after the roll is done. .

7 – Rise of the Rocket Girls: The Women Who Propelled Us, from Missiles to the Moon to Mars
Top Reviews
While the STEM debate rages, Rise of the Rocket Girls shatters the American stereotype that girls can’t do numbers. Rocket Girls tells the story of California’s JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory) from the early days (1940s) when the main goal was to strap a rocket onto a plane to make it go faster, to the present time of space exploration. In 1940, when the guys were shooting rockets out of a dry canyon in southern California, one of them just happened to be married to a girl who was good with numbers. Barbara calculated speed, trajectory, combustion, and other factors for rocket and propellant development, and she set the tone for future projects. As the work grew, and young JPL expanded, the number of women “computers” (they computed! The term predates the machines) grew. The woman who was in charge of the “computers,” Macie Roberts, hired only women for the department, because she wanted to preserve the camaraderie and team spirit so essential to this critical work. Thus, in a benevolent form of gender discrimination, JPL developed a sterling team of brilliant women. Macie often reminded the women, “In this job you need to look like a girl, act like a lady, think like a man, and work like a dog.”As we learn about the development of rocketry, the author, Nathalia Holt, weaves in cultural developments, such as the invention of pantyhose and the rise of the women’s liberation movement. She also includes snippets from the women’s personal lives (like the fact that pregnancy meant instant termination–until the program realized it was dead without the women computers, and adapted flexibility to accommodate them). The women went from pencils and notebook paper to making history. Their calculations put the first man on the moon. Their formulas became code, and they became the first computer programmers. As Holt says, “You can write a lot of programs in five decades. The code that (the women) wrote would continue to work its way into spacecraft, navigation systems, climate studies, and Mars rovers. It would get spliced up and repurposed, pasted into different missions, sent out into space, driven on far-off planets to (currently orbiting Mars and Saturn spacecraft) to future Earth-orbiting instruments designed to study our own world.”If you are one of those who believes females aren’t geared toward math and science, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to read this engaging, compelling book. It will tell you of a time when women, using only their minds and pencils, rendered the complex calculations that allowed the United States of America to have a space program at all. .
As a former ‘Rocket Girl’ (General Dynamics/Convair Launch Vehicle Engineering), I found this book fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable. By degree a mechanical engineer, I wrote and ran computer code (on punch cards) to determine heat loads on the rockets and their payloads. I remember the engineering challenges of correctly modeling laminar and turbulent air flows over payload cover structures and how much I enjoyed the work. It was a short career – I was tempted away by a High Temperature Gas Cooled Nuclear Reactor – but my most vivid memories will always be my first job out of college on the Atlas (work horse of the century) and Centaur launch vehicles. .
I would give it 10 stars if I could. This is a FANTASTIC book – Very readable and enjoyable – I have no doubt if it were not for these ladies, we’d still be thinking the world was flat! Anyone with a student in a STEM program should get this book for them – to realize that there was life before “electronic computers”. I have purchased copies for family and recommended it to bunches of people. You will be astonished when you read it, then you’ll want to read it again. .
I thought I knew a lot about our space program. But this book, told from the viewpoint of women I never knew existed, added significantly to what I knew of the early days of our space program. The story of the women “computers’ who did all of the mathematical computations for JPL while we were putting a man on the moon is a wonderful tribute to the technical skill of women, a frequently overlooked resource.I highly recommend this to anyone interested in our space program.I also highly recommend it to anyone who has any doubts of a woman’s ability to succeed in a Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) field. .

8 – Victor 1240-3A 12 Digit Heavy Duty Commercial Printing Calculator
Top Reviews
I had this identical calculator for a couple of years and accidentally cracked the screen. I ordered another one – same make, same model. I thought they’d be the same but unfortunately the quality has taken a nose drive. This replacement is SO SLOW. I waste so much time at my desk waiting for the calculation to finish printing. I tally 10 numbers to have to wait until the printing is complete. I am so disappointed in this 1240-3A. I can’t return since the cleaning crew tossed the box. I really must purchase a new one soon. The lack of efficiency is slowing my productivity. .
This is more like the old school adding machine than some of the smaller items available on the market. Key touch is nice, good spacing between the keys even for larger hands. I may not ever use all of its functions but the basics are top notch. Recommend without hesitation. .
1.25′ diameter roll (including hole and cardboard core) did not make it through first day of taxes! I had to stop, drive to office supply store mid-day to get another 3 roll package of paper! Seriously people? How totally inconvenient and time wasting for the consumer. Lesson BUYERS: ORDER ADDITIONAL AND LARGER PAPER ROLLS. Just classic accountant scrimping and margin enhancing that creates ill will and does not build good brand for Victor Tech. Congrats on the 30 cents saved. My gas cost more than that = cost and time shift. .
Perfect for general accounting. I bought this particular model because of how the side keys are placed, very ergonomic. If you set the decimal spacer to A you can just enter in 2350 for $23.50 and it works better for quicker calculations. It was quite a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the crappy Casio that I had was a piece of junk! .

10 – Universal Typewriter Ribbon – 1/2 Inch Black Ink Twin Spool Fresh and New Fabric Ribbon Eyelets
Top Reviews
I was fortunate enough to get a Royal Futura 800 for $20 at an estate sale, but it seemed daunting at first to even find any replacements for its dried out typewriter ribbon. It was extremely comforting to find out that FJA Products are offering typewriter ribbons for a great price plus free shipping (which was more than comforting). Frankly, it was also surprising to find out that the ribbons were made in the USA too (since my default expectation was China), but that alone made me want to buy these ribbons even more than the others offered on Amazon. As for the ribbons themselves – they arrived really fast and they fit my Futura 800 perfectly. I did actually measure the original ribbon and spools that came with my Futura before placing my order, but that also means that the measurements provided by FJA Products are honest and accurate. The ribbon from FJA seems to be made of some silky, durable material, and when I typed a couple of pages after installing my new ribbon and spools, the letters came out well. My first few attempts had some incomplete letters, but further inspection revealed that I didn’t quite install my ribbon on the ribbon carrier prongs correctly. After fixing that mistake, the FJA ribbon allowed me to type out whole pages of clear, dark words and letters. As a final note – I am a noob with manual typewriters (hence the previously mentioned ribbon mistake), so if it’s any help to others that are also fiddling around with their first manual typewriters, it certainly pays off to measure your typewriter’s original ribbon and spools (if it’s there) before buying replacements. Plus, make sure you install the ribbon correctly; if the tops of letters like f or h fade off, it’s a good bet that the ribbon isn’t hanging on the ribbon carrier prongs correctly. .
I could not find any instructions so here is a little basic understanding- the star piece you see in the middle can come out. In order for it to fit in my typewriter I needed to remove it which wasn’t a big deal but I did not know how and I was worried I would mess up the ribbon. But it came out pretty easily and fit nicely in our typewriter. My son LOVES typing and has found great joy in using our new treasure. .
As I had not installed a typewriter ribbon in many years, I had some difficulty doing that. Instructions might have helped! Finally got it in and it works as advertised. Probably need a new one the next time I use the typewriter as it is likely to be many years again. Thanks for the speed delivery for just what was needed. .
The ribbon quality is good. The spools can only be inserted one side up. I needed to rewind the ribbon in the opposite direction – this could have been avoided if the spools could have just been flipped. But I am happy that someone still makes ribbons. .

11 – (50) Calculator Paper Rolls, 2-1/4 X 150ft Calculator Adding Machine for Sharp El-1750 1801 Canon P23
Top Reviews
No stars. This was a scam. This was advertised as toilet paper. Never said anything about being register paper. Now I don’t have my $40 back for 3 weeks and am out of toilet paper!! .
I hadn’t needed to buy adder tape from some time, and assumed I pick it up locally, as always. NOPE! After 3 stops at stores around town, finally got 3 terribly-OVERPRICE rolls from a chain office supply store. Found this (thanks, Amazon!), and it’s just what the doctor ordered: fine product, decent price. .
Great value on calculator tape rolls. i use these in my accounting practice adding machines to double check our math. I have a Cannon MP250, and the tape fits perfectly. I have no complaints. This is a great product at a good price for the volume of tape rolls received. .
Good quality paper, nice brightness. I have been looking for a better quality calculator paper. These rolls are wonderful. VERY pleased. .

14 – Canon Office Products 2202C001 Canon MP25DV-3 Desktop Printing Calculator with Currency Conversion, Clock & Calendar,BLACK/WHITE/SILVER
Top Reviews
Canon MP25DV-3 Desktop Printing Calculator with Currency Conversion, Clock & Calendar I am replacing a Canon MP25DIII, which I liked very much, but the display had become too dull after 15+ years. The first issue is that the instructions (from China) are not sufficiently clear. The power cord is too short for use on a desk with a power strip on the floor – requires an extension cord. The ‘000’ key, which was very useful to me, has been removed.I have been unable to determine from the instructions how to use ‘clear entry’, since it’s on the same key as ‘clear’.This has other new functionality that might be useful in the future, if the instructions are sufficiently clear. .
It’s mind-boggling, but the calculator has a power-saving feature that doesn’t show up in the manual for the calculator that Canon provides online. To find out you have to push “CE/C” to wake it up I had to search the web and read the manual for a different Canon calculator. .
I loved this machine until it started giving off a high pitched screech when it went to sleep. It was not loud but could be heard and was very annoying. Returned. .
I like the functions of this calculator but the high pitched noise that starts after 7 minutes with sleep mode drives me crazy. I have to keep hitting a button to get it to stop and frustrates me. I tried getting customer support for this but was unable to get thru to them. I am going to return this for a different calculator that does not have sleep mode. .

Easy to set up and use. Refill items (ink & paper)are easy to acquire and affordable. Good for my craft business at bazaars with use of batteries. .
Poor quality, it stops working when it is working. It does not support rechargeable batteries, today it is very important to consider it .
I bought this product a few months ago and it worked great! But then it started to have issues and wouldn’t print correctly, line the numbers up right, or print consistently!! Something is definitely wrong with this one. .
I bought this to add some distinction to my workspace. Working in a cubicle with others, the spaces could start to blend into each other and add to the monotomy of the job. I bought this calculator to spruce up my space and get some functionality at the same time. It serves its purpose well. I used it plugged in. I would recommend. .
