New ink ribbon in my Sharp EL-1197PIII does not show up very well, too light on this paper. It’s my guess someone decided to substitute an inferior paper product (perhaps 1InTheOffice product was out of stock), hoping I wouldn’t notice. Looking at my 3 pictures uploaded, you can clearly see what the brand’s label looks like in the online picture I copied (primarily red with gray at the bottom.) Yet what I got has no label, or rather I should say someone removed the label since you can see the bottom left corner of a white label predominately removed, still on the plastic shrink wrap, and it clearly looks nothing like the brand’s label. I’ve also uploaded a picture of the backside in case anyone was curious. .
We are using these rolls for our Sharp adding machines. They are not a bright white compared to, say, a thermal roll, but still white (albeit, a *very* subtle off-white). These rolls have quite a bit of paper on them, more so than the previous brand we bought. The paper tears neatly from the machine, the black/red transfer is good, and writing doesn’t smudge. A slight bleed through of roller pens and highlighter, but not much. It was nice to be able to purchase so many rolls at once for a decent savings per roll vs. purchasing a few here and there in store. They work for our purposes which is just general in-office use and for the bank with deposits. There were no damaged rolls upon receipt and they were all packaged together in a sleeve. I would definitely purchase again. .
Exactly what my wife needed for her old calculator. Yes people still use these Because we can still find paper rolls .
Just as a warning, I did not use these rolls of paper in any adding machine, so I cannot attest to how well they work in them. I’m assuming that they would do that job just fine. However, I am a science teacher, and I can attest that they work really, really well when used to create timelines of the Earth, and scale models of the solar system. I will be buying more next year, when we do these activities again! .

This comes up under toilet paper – it is receipt paper or something! I am sure it is perfectly good for that function – but by no means is this toilet paper! .
Worked much better than the other 50pk of this paper advertised on Amazon. The printing is much clearer and the glue holding the end down is much easier to remove than the tape. For those complaining about how long it lasts, 50ft is 50ft is 50ft. This is the manufacturer of the paper no the idiot who designed the machine. .

Nice price, fit the printer perfectly. I had difficulty finding the 3 inch paper at our local stores so was happy for the price of this multipack and it was easier to order on-line than it was to keep searching everywhere for the width I needed. .

It serves its purpose. although paper is much thinner than usual as shown in picture. As you can see this roll comparing with the old roll on the bottom with the same length is obviously thinner. Thinner paper may not work well for some machines; just be aware. .
I don’t know how this product has such a high rating. Maybe it’s my adding machine, but this paper is thin due to it’s recycled nature. When tearing off, this paper inevitably tears wrong (not straight across it’s width) and jams the machine.Would not buy again as this is a “you get what you pay for” .
For the price, I think these rolls are decent. They work for both my canon and casio printer calculators just fine. It takes me a little longer to get a new roll started into the feed even with a slanted cut because of the thinner quality of the paper. So if you’re used to thicker calculator tape, you may be a bit disappointed with these, which seem to be ideally suited for a cash register to be honest. But I don’t need thick quality paper for my calculator so I’m good. .
These work really well for my calculators, and I really love how many came with the order! Although this was my first time purchasing calculator rolls, I would definitely recommend this purchase! A good quantity for a fair price! .

Â I hardly ever write reviews, but I will for this item. I love this thing. Im telling you this and I’ve only had it out the box for 5 minutes. Im a computer programmer. I do math all day long and burn through scratch paper all day. This is the solution. Ive never used a lcd writing pad. I dont feel the need to look further. Is it bright? No. Is it legible? Yes. Theres no backlight. Perhaps, that could be the one thing I’d like. Its rechargible, which is a huge plus from having to buy coin batteries. I was worried that it wouldn’t be pressure sensitive, but it is. I tend to write small and it can keep up. Now, the calculator is also impressive. For being non-scientific it has extra functions. Like square root. Screen is large. And check this, it can go 11 digits behind the decimal. I think thats to the 100/trillionth, but don’t hold me to that. Lol. Honestly, at this price point, you can’t complain. I think this is perfect for what I need. If you need a writing pad with the calc, get this. Just a thought. It would be nice if it had a save feature or a recent, but thats pushing it, right. .

I like this toy, and I am also very relaxed. It is equipped with two plastic pens. I did find a hole in the bottom of the tablet and in the pen.
