Add the Andy Warhol Pop Art Effect to Photos the Easy Way

Andy Warhol is considered by many to be the greatest artist in history. His pop art paintings were realistic, vibrant and detailed, but at the same time remained simplistic.

Luckily for us, we can quickly and easily recreate the pop art effect that made Warhol famous with online digital photo editors.

Pop Art originated in London in the 1950s. In England it was called propaganda art because it relied heavily on media, advertising and popular, marketable items.

In the United States, we call it pop art, short for popular. Pop art focuses on a popular object or subject.

Depending on which photo editing software you choose, there are many ways to add a pop art effect to your photos.

However, in this tutorial, we’ll take the easy route with FotoFlexer free online photo editor. So, to get started, go to the FotoFlexer homepage
