1. Screen printing

The keyboard has a physical button called Print Screen, usually in the upper left corner of the number pad.

Pressing Print Screen once will copy the screenshot of the current screen to the clipboard. Then open any image editing program like MS Paint, paste the image from the clipboard and save it in any format you want (preferably PNG or JPG).
