The Elegant Meeting Minutes template is probably the most versatile of them all. It is presented as a neat table with many different sections where you can add details and additional information about your meeting. It also adds some color to it.
5. Official meeting minutes
Another option is a template called Official Meeting Minutes. It comes with a similar set of sections and a place to add additional notes about your meeting.
6. Minutes of the informal meeting
Word also offers a template called Informal Meeting Minutes. As the name suggests, it has a more informal style and is more suitable for small teams and meetings.
From these three templates, you can choose the one that suits you best, but still suits your goals.
7. Main meeting minutes
You can also find templates for Word on third-party sites. For example, download one of the two basic free templates from Vertex42. The first is the basic option (on the left in the picture below), consisting of just a few sections. Probably better for small team meetings.
8. Detailed meeting minutes

If you’re not looking for an absolute base template with a minimum of sections (Simple Notes 1 and 2), check out a template called Informal Notes. It is quite simple and straightforward, but it has all the necessary sections for holding meetings within a small or medium-sized team.

If you work for a larger company, choose formal meeting notes instead.
The sections added here include announcements, actions, and other meeting information.

You may already be using Evernote as your task management app. But it’s also great for taking notes and recording minutes. And it comes with its own meeting minutes templates.
14. Agenda Standard
Unlike OneNote, the templates are not built-in here and you will need to download them from the Evernote support website The first template that deserves your attention is the Meeting Agenda Standard.
This is great both for taking a minute and for setting the agenda for your next meeting.
The standard template is very simple, with only three sections for agenda, notes, and actions. Suitable for a quick meeting or gathering of a small team.
15. The agenda of the meeting has been expanded
The extended meeting agenda is more detailed. It contains almost all the sections required to record the minutes of the meeting, including the details of the meeting, purpose and outcome, and agenda items. Both templates are simple and easy to customize.
